No.2 Markington Cottage
No.2 Markington Cottage is a lovely spacious semi detached property situated down a private lane, just 200 yards from the popular Blue Flag beach of Broad Haven.
A very similar design to the sister cottage next door, the cottage is heated throughout via central heating, has WIFI, Travel cot and high chair are also provided, along with car parking.

A Large open plan living room area which has a swivel cuddle armchair, a three seater sofa that quickly folds out to make a king sized sofa bed, a TV with built in DVD player, and a dining table with seating for 8 at the rear of the room next to the kitchen archway.

Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped. There is an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a folding table with four seats ideal for breakfast or relaxing with a cuppa. Sliding patio door leading to the garden.

Recently renewed there is a walk in shower, heated towel rail, an extractor fan with a sink and toilet.

Double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside cabinets with lamp, tall set of drawers with TV, views from window towards the sea front.

We are pet friendly and have a secure rear garden with tall fences on two sides and a wall on the other, The garden can be accessed either via the side gate or through the patio doors from the kitchen.
Car Parking
There is space for 2 cars at the side of the cottage on the right of the driveway and space for a smaller car in-front of the cottage.
There is also EV charging in Broad Havens main car park which is a 2min walk from the cottage.
