No.2 Markington Cottage is a lovely spacious semi detached property situated down a private lane, just 200yards from the popular Blue Flag beach of Broad Haven. The cottage sits next door to our newest property 1 Markington Cottage.

 

Kitchen: Equipped to a high standard: There is an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a folding 4 seater table ideal for breakfast or  relaxing with a cuppa.

 

Living room / Diner : Large open plan livingroom area with a dinning table and seating for 8 at the rear of the room next to the kitchen archway, the living room has a swivel cuddle armchair,  a three seater sofa that quickly folds out to make a king sized sofa bed, and a TV with built in  DVD player.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside cabinets with lamp, and seaviews.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside cabinets with lamp, and seaviews.

Bedroom 3: Bunk beds, built in wardrobe, bedside cabinets with lamp.

Bathroom: There is a shower over the bath, shaving point, an extractor fan and heated towel rail.

Heating throughout via oil fired central heating.

Prices include : Bed linen, Wifi, Pets, Electric, Central heating, and Car parking for up to 3 cars.

Travel cot and high chair are also provided.

Car Parking : There is space for 2 cars at the side of the propery on a driveway and space for a smaller car infront of the cottage.

We are pet friendly and have a secure rear garden that can be accessed either via the side gate or through the patio doors from the kitchen.
